Estimates
Local moves may be estimated via virtual or on-site assessment. Long-distance (interstate) moves require on-site estimates only.

Accuracy
Estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment, including volume of items, access conditions, and services requested.

Changes
Significant changes in inventory, access (such as additional flights of stairs or restricted parking), or requested services may affect final cost.

Customer-Packed Items
When items are packed by the customer, improper packing can lead to damage. In many cases, moving companies are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect packing.

Professionally Packed Items
When packing is done by Lofty Moving & Storage, our trained team uses proper materials and techniques to help prevent damage.

Certain services, such as furniture hoisting or piano and heavy item moving, require special equipment and conditions. Availability and pricing for these services may depend on access, building rules, and on-site assessment.
